By using Boop you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

What Boop does

Boop helps you handle small email chores. You describe a job; Boop reads the inbox you connect, triages it, and prepares draft replies. Boop does not send or take any external action without your explicit approval. You are always the one who decides what happens.

You are in control — and responsible for what you approve

Boop prepares drafts and suggestions; you review and approve every action. You are responsible for the content you approve and any message sent from your account after your approval. Boop’s drafts are suggestions, not professional advice — review them before approving.

AI limitations

Boop uses AI to prepare drafts, which can be wrong or incomplete. The approval step is your safeguard: nothing leaves your account unless you say so.

Connecting Google

When you connect Gmail, you authorize Boop to access it only as described in our Privacy Policy and using the minimum scopes needed. Your use of Gmail is also governed by Google’s terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Boop to send spam, break the law, harass or deceive others, infringe rights, access accounts you’re not authorized to, or interfere with the service.

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boop is provided “as is,” without warranties, and our liability is limited. Some consumer-protection laws (including in Australia) provide guarantees that cannot be excluded; those apply.
